His experience and knowledge in commercial and constitutional litigation spans contractual disputes, construction claims, and class actions. He has appeared in a variety of courts and tribunals across the country representing insurers, crown corporations, agricultural manufacturers, lessors and producers as they pursue and defend a broad range of commercial disputes. Khurrum’s knack for public law is evident in his work with crown corporations, public school boards, and farmers, making him a versatile and reliable legal ally. He also acted as counsel to Saskatchewan’s farmers on a constitutional reference regarding the federal carbon pricing legislation.
