Lindsay Amantea practices corporate law and commercial real estate, specializing in business purchase and sale transactions, advising start-up enterprises, and corporate reorganizations. She also has experience in estate planning and administration with a focus on unique and complex situations.Thanks to her interdisciplinary background she likes to implement creative methods to achieve her clients’ needs. Lindsay also offers services as a parliamentarian and is a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians. As a lifelong volunteer, she believes in giving back to her community. She has been active with organizations such as Pro Bono Students Canada, Student Legal Assistance, and Ask Her YYC. She has also spent almost two decades in political organizations and campaigns for every level of government across Canada. Lindsay enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, collecting coins, and listening to live music.
