Lisa AvramenkoLisa (she/her) grew up in Calgary, Alberta. She graduated from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law in 2008. Lisa was admitted to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2010, at which point she pivoted into entrepreneurship. Lisa has run a wellness business for more than 10 years to help promote health and empowerment within the South Shore of Nova Scotia. Keen to use her legal training to serve her community, she returned to the practice of law in 2020.Lisa and her partner Josh spend many hours exercising their energetic Siberian Huskies named Barry and Murphy, training him in recreational joring (pulling).
