Lisa HorvathPartnerlhorvath@tthlaw.ca Born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, Lisa Horvath received her Juris Doctor in 2003 and began articling with Willows Tulloch & Howe in 2003. She joined the firm as an associate following her call to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2004 and became a partner in 2008. Lisa practices in all areas of corporate and commercial law, including facilitating purchase and sale transactions, financing, shareholdersâ agreements, amalgamations and corporate reorganizations. Lisa also practices extensively in the area of residential and commercial real estate, including, buying and selling, leasing, development and financing. Lisa also maintains an estate planning practice and assists clients with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, family trusts, obtaining letters probate and letters of administration and property guardianship matters.She is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, Canadian Bar Association and the Regina Bar Association.
