Since her Call to the Bar in 2004, Lisa Manaigre (formerly Sumka) has positively impacted the lives of numerous clients and their families. Formerly associated with D’Arcy & Deacon LLP, Lisa was proud to launch Sternat Manaigre Law Corporation with Priscilla Sternat-McIvor in March, 2017. While divorce is a large part of Lisa’s work, Family Law involves a lot more. Lisa is experienced in working on adoptions, Cohabitation Agreements, Pre-Nuptial Agreements, custody and guardianship proceedings and variations to child and spousal support. Lisa particularly enjoys working in the Collaborative Law milieu, where the focus is taken away from the court system and placed on finding resolution through cooperation and interest-based negotiation.
