Laflamme had been seeking increased parenting time with his daughter. The CBC story quotes Laflamme’s family lawyer as saying Caissie, who also worked as a lawyer, did not show up for court. When Caissie did not attend, the hearing proceeded without her and Laflamme was granted increased time with his daughter.Laflamme worked in Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick before moving to B.C., where he practiced in Invermere before relocating to Kamloops last year.
