Lyndsay has a natural affinity for conflict resolution and applies a restorative approach to her work whenever possible. She is an exceptional listener and has a keen ability to make people feel comfortable and heard. A certified Workplace Investigator since 2017, Lyndsay has significant experience acting as a neutral in conducting workplace consultation/assessments and investigations in a variety of workplaces and sectors across Canada. As part of growing her expertise in this area of her practice, in October 2024, Lyndsay completed the Osgoode Advanced Certificate in Workplace Investigations through the Osgoode Hall Law School of York University. Her approach to investigations is impartial, trauma-informed and procedurally fair both increasing the parties confidence in the process and reducing liability for employers. Lyndsay received her law degree from Dalhousie University in 2015 after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Prince Edward Island. With her law degree, Lyndsay completed a Health Law and Policy Specialization. She is also a certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor through the Canadian Mental Health Association, and is passionate about various aspects of health and wellness.
