Mara Koven-Lapointe

Mara Koven-Lapointe is one of the managing directors at Levene Tadman Golub Law Corporation. Mara is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg with a degree in Conflict Resolution Studies, and the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law. With a general commercial practice, Mara serves the needs of her clients through advice on small business, real estate development, commercial lending, mortgage enforcement and estate planning. Mara practices in both Manitoba and Nunavut. Mara has been a content adviser for the Real Property section of the bar admission course as well as a learning group facilitator for the Real Property section, the Ethics and Professionalism section and the Wills and Estates section on behalf of the Law Society of Manitoba. Mara has been a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba. Mara volunteers her time at the Legal Help Centre, Siloam Mission, and Winnipeg Lost Dog Alert and is a member of the Real Property Section of the Manitoba Bar Association. When not at the office, Mara is busy chauffeuring her daughter and rescuing as many dogs as she can!
