Marie-Hélène founded Momentum Legal Solutions in a desire to drive a boutique firm with best practices and top-tier client services in family law, litigation and equine law. She began her carreer solving complex civil litigation cases focusing on contracts, property and torts while working for a top ranked litigation boutique and a major atlantic-wide firm. She started practicing family law to obtain Courtroom experience and developed a passion in helping families transition to their new normal, becoming the main focus of Marie-Hélène’s practice. As an articling student, her duties include drafting pleadings and legal documents, preparing supporting documents for hearings, collecting and analyzing relevant disclosure and evidence, conducting legal research, and assisting with administrative tasks related to the practice of law. Under the supervision of Marie-Hélène Haché, she attends hearings, examinations for discovery, meetings with clients and other lawyers. She is becoming a well-rounded lawyer and will be called to the bar in June, 2026.
