Marie-Sophie Demers

Me Marie-Sophie Demers grew up in the legal field as her father initiated her from a very young age. She started working in 2001, as she was completing the first year of her bachelor’s degree in law. She was then admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2005 and continued to perfect her expertise in Estrie. Me Demers practices litigation in various fields including civil law, real estate law, agricultural law and labor law. Being recognized for her oratory and communicative skills, Me Demers has acquired specific experience as a pleader both in front of the ordinary courts and in front of the administrative tribunals as well as before the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, the Court of Quebec and the Régie des marches agricoles et alimentaires du Québec. Over the years, Me Demers has also developed a certain expertise in particular fields such as agricultural law and real estate law, in which she particularly appreciates working.
