Prior to joining Signal49 Research, Matthew held the role of Executive Director for both Habitat for Humanity Northwest Territories and the Northwest Territories & Nunavut Construction Association. He has also worked as a lawyer in private practice, and as a policy researcher with the Northwest Territories Business Development & Investment Corporation.Matthew holds a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University, and has been called to the bar in Alberta, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories. He also holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology from Acadia University.
