She assists clients with various matters, including incorporation, charitable registration, governance, granting activities, fundraising, structuring charitable purposes and activities, gift agreements, tax and regulatory compliance, and non-profit and affordable housing developments. She previously joined the firm as a summer student in 2021 and completed her articles in 2023.Michelle’s dedication to her community is reflected in the numerous volunteer positions she has held, including at a crisis centre, a soup kitchen, and as a volunteer providing pro bono legal services during law school.Michelle is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association, Vancouver Bar Association, and Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (British Columbia).
