Since joining CFM in 2005, Morgan has worked on a number of leading cases in these areas, including Air France Flight 358, the Sikorsky S-92 Crash off the coast of Newfoundland, and more recently, Ukrainian Airlines Flight 752 and the Vancouver College and St. Thomas More abuse class action. Currently residing in the Okanagan, Morgan mainly works as a research lawyer for the firm. In this role, she is tasked with researching diverse areas of both domestic and international law and preparing arguments. Morgan enjoys the complexity and collaborative nature of this work and uses her background in science to provide detailed and analytical analyses.
