Norm graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School with a Juris Doctor degree and later returned for a Master of Laws degree with a specialty ine-business. Norm began his career prosecuting matters relating to employment and health and safety for the Ontario Ministry of Labour. He later acted as in-house counsel for the Toronto Region Board of Trade, served as a government-relations professional for the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, and represented corporate and individual clients as a lawyer in private practice. He has also been teaching post-secondary business and law students since 2013. Norm is currently Director of Human Resources for Take 5 Productions, a Canadian television production company that produces shows for Netflix,MGM, Hulu, and others.
