Instead, I chose to stay at Douglas College so I could finish my college basketball career, a decision that led to one of the best experiences of my life. In my final year, we won a provincial title, and I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.

Looking back now, I’m proud to say I became a lawyer without ever transferring. As far as I know, I’m the only lawyer to come directly out of Douglas College (I've yet to find another).
