Patricia L. Farnese brings over two decades of legal expertise to her arbitration practice. Her diverse experience spans judicial, academic, and administrative roles, including service as a Justice of the High Court of Belize and nearly a decade on Canadian tribunals. She has also overseen corporate operations while Vice-President Operations and Counsel at Saskatchewan-based Manufacturing Company. Patricia’s ability to efficiently manage proceedings, quickly become familiar with novel subject matter, and deliver well-reasoned decisions is evident in the over 100 High Court and tribunal decisions she has written.
