He has extensive land use planning and development advocacy experience. He has also been involved in complex multi-party litigation, shareholder oppression claims, insurance litigation and a wide variety of other commercial, municipal and hospital disputes. Peter has served as both the primary municipal solicitor and as external counsel for municipalities on individual cases or special projects. Recently, he has been involved in a number of town dissolution or municipal amalgamation proceedings before the Utility and Review Board. He also acts for health authorities, particularly in connection with medical staff privileges issues, disciplinary issues, human rights complaints and contractual disputes between health authorities and physicians.
