Piotr Luczak

Piotr articled with the Canadian Environmental Law Association in Toronto and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2004. After moving to Lunenburg, Piotr was called to the Nova Scotia Bar and joined the firm as an associate in 2007. He became a partner in 2010 and principal in 2022. His practice focuses on company law and property matters.Piotr actively addresses tax implications of property transactions, and regularly acts for non-residents of Canada in connection with asset transfers. Piotr regularly provides pro bono legal services to community organizations and was a member of the North PrestonLand Titles Clarification Actpro bono lawyers group. Piotr and his partner live in Lunenburg. When he is not hiking the coast lines of the South Shore with his dog Ricky Bobby, he enjoys travelling, eating and snorkelling.
