Rebeka is the second born of seven siblings, being raised in a Roman Catholic household by a stay-at-home mother and commercial truck-driving father servicing the agricultural community. She is described by friends and family as mature, independent, and having a deeply instilled work ethic--which was made evident when she was accepted into law school after only two years of undergraduate studies and called to the bar in 2022.
