About

As a former Partner at Harper Grey, Richard was the chair of the Workplace Law group and past chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Environmental Law groups. His practice included representing banks in the commercial collections area and a number of large creditors in CCAA proceedings. He also provided advice and acted as counsel with respect to corporate and commercial disputes including creditor/debtor, banking, real estate, contract and tort litigation, environmental law matters including contaminated site issues and regulatory matters and employment and labour law matters including HR advice, wrongful dismissal, restrictive covenant disputes and labour grievances (for management).
