Richard Yaffe is a corporate and securities lawyer and a partner at Thompson Dorfman Sweatman LLP in Winnipeg. Richard was a sessional instructor at the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Law for a decade, where he taught Negotiation. He has also served as an ethics examiner for the Law Society of Manitoba.
