School of LawPostdoctoral fellow, Dr Rofiah Sarumi, recently presented a paper at the Annual International Conference on Interdisciplinary Legal Studies at St Anne’s College at Oxford University in England. Sarumi described the experience as a wonderful learning curve which would contribute positively to her research.‘The experience was very enriching. I got to share my research findings and to interact with scholars from various universities around the world - from China, Malaysia and Australia, to America and Europe. It was interesting to see how much work is being done by researchers all around the world and how the laws of various countries address different human rights issues,’ she said.
