Ross O. Drysdale

Ross Drysdale is a lawyer with over 50 years of experience in the legal profession.  He specializes in corporate, securities and business law, with a particular focus on private and public companies in a variety of industries. Prior to moving to private practice in 1985, Mr. Drysdale spent over eight years working as legal counsel to two major oil and gas companies in Calgary, followed by 20 years with McCarthy Tetrault LLP as a partner, three years with Baker McKenzie LLP as a partner in Calgary and for the past 15 years he has conducted his own legal practice in Calgary. Mr. Drysdale has experience and expertise in all aspects of corporate and business law and provides advice to his clients in all stages of their business endeavors.  Currently, he advises entrepreneurial business clients on incorporation, shareholder agreements, business structures, financings (bank and private equity), employment agreements, corporate contracts and purchase and sale agreements.
