About
A respected and experienced litigator, Sara grew up in Abbotsford. After spending some time out of province, she has returned to raise her family in her hometown. Sara's practice focuses on estate litigation, employment litigation, real estate disputes, shareholder/director disputes, and other general litigation. Sara completed law school at the University of Alberta and clerked for the Justices of the Alberta Court of Appeal. She continued her career with a national law firm in Calgary, AB, where she practised commercial litigation and gained trial and appeal experience on large commercial files. She returned to Abbotsford in 2020 and worked for a local law firm, where she focused on general litigation, including estate, employment, real estate, personal injury, and other general civil litigation. Sara considers it her job to take a heavy burden off your shoulders and carry it until it is resolved. She believes in practical advice with the goal of resolving your dispute quickly and efficiently with as little Court involvement as possible. However, if Court is necessary, Sara is experienced, articulate, and will argue your case vigorously.
