She routinely advises corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, secured transactions, and a variety of commercial law issues. She acts for lenders and borrowers in financing transactions. Sarah’s practice also includes corporate law, corporate reorganizations, and succession planning. She is experienced with taxation matters related to her practice area. Sarah’s industry experience is broad, including work in sleep health, automotive, and fisheries. She works hard to understand her clients’ businesses and deliver strategic advice.
