Sarah is senior litigation counsel with significant experience in many areas of civil litigation including commercial disputes, defamation, and estate litigation. Sarah has appeared before all levels of Court in Manitoba, including various tribunals. Sarah also has extensive experience in employment law and workplace investigations. Sarah acts as an independent investigator for various private and institutional clients in relation to claims of sexual violence, sexual harassment, harassment, and bullying. Sarah also provides advice and recommendations to clients on how to navigate workplace claims of a serious nature, including managing employer and employee relations to ensure successful outcomes. Sarah advises private and institutional clients on all matters pertaining to employment law, including human rights, occupational health and safety, and discipline. Workplace Investigations.
