Shane R Belbin

Shane is a partner with Curtis Dawe. He works with clients to provide services across a broad spectrum of practice areas, with a focus on civil litigation.Shane is a partner with Curtis Dawe.  He was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2017. He completed his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geography at Memorial University in 2013, and his Juris Doctor at the Schulich School of Law, Dalhousie University in 2016. While at Dalhousie, Shane also completed a specialization in Environmental Law through the Marine & Environmental Law Institute.Since his call to the Bar, Shane took a hiatus from private practice to work as a Legal Research Officer at the Newfoundland and Labrador Court of Appeal. Returning to private practice with a newfound appreciation for the litigation process, Shane works with clients to provide services across a broad spectrum of practice areas, with a focus on civil litigation.
