Sharon is a founding partner of Reconstruct LLP. Prior to joining her partner, Sharon spent close to a decade at McCarthy Tétrault. Sharon’s expertise is in insolvency and restructuring and commercial litigation. She frequently acts as counsel to debtors and various stakeholders in insolvency and restructuring proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Sharon also acts for court officers in wide-ranging court-appointed, regulatory and public inquiry mandates.
