Sherri is a litigator, arbitrator, adjudicator, mediator, and commissioner whose practice covers a diverse range of topics including the law relating to: human rights, securities, employment, administrative law, treaty land entitlement and ethics for elected officials. From 2011-2013 Sherri served as Commission Counsel to theInquiry into the Circumstances Surrounding the Death of Phoenix Sinclair– the largest public inquiry ever held in Manitoba. She was the first woman in Manitoba to act as Commission Counsel to a public inquiry in this Province. In 2018, Sherri was admitted as a Fellow of theLitigation Counsel of America, becoming the first female in Manitoba to receive that recognition.
