Stephen Griffin was born in Outer Cove and grew up in our community attending St. Francis of Assisi and playing in Kelly Park. He joined the Association in 2017. Stephen obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Memorial University in 2013 and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2016. Stephen is currently employed as In House Legal Counsel with Intact Insurance and brings a great understanding of municipal law and statutory interpretation, among other areas, to our Association. Stephen serves as the Association’s Secretary, Chair the Governance and Ethics Committee, and is an active member of the Communications and Marketing Committee.
