Stuart holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Memorial University. He graduated, with distinction, from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law with a Bachelor of Laws degree. He has been a practicing member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador for over 25 years. Since 2003, he has also been a practicing member of the Law Society of Nunavut. Diligent and effective legal representation, with little or no fanfare, are the hallmarks of Stuart's body of work in this field of law. Stuart has handled and resolved scores of sexual abuse claims over the years. Lynn Moore, with her wealth of experience, has made a significant contribution to our Firm's ongoing work in this field.
