Tara ArgentBarrister and SolicitorContact Info Tara was called to the bar in 2008, and since that time has practiced exclusively civil litigation.  She has a broad range of experience in a variety of areas of litigation, but has predominately practiced in personal injury litigation since 2008.  She has experience in both personal injury and insurance defence.Tara has conducted trials and appeals at Provincial Court, the Court of King’s Bench, the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court.  Tara has extensive experience with mediations and judicial dispute resolution (mediation by Judge) all with the goal of reaching an efficient and fair resolution for her client’s claims. Tara’s goals are to always keep her clients informed of their case proceedings and ensure they are included in the process throughout. Tara understands the importance of being able to reach your lawyer and that communication is key to a claim’s success.In her spare time Tara enjoys travelling, skiing and spending time with her family.
