Timothy Hawryluk, K.C. is the Managing Partner of Robertson Stromberg LLP. His practice is focused on litigation, specializing in insurance law, employment law, and the defense of professional negligence actions as against lawyers and law firms. His client list includes many of Saskatchewan’s leading law firms and companies in the areas of manufacturing and insurance, including a Crown Corporation. In the area of professional negligence, Timothy has defended over 80 actions commenced against Saskatchewan lawyers and law firms. He has also acted as counsel for the Law Society of Saskatchewan. Within his employment practice, Timothy’s advice has been sought on a variety of human resource management issues including large-scale corporate reorganizations, compliance and regulatory issues, and dismissals. He is also defendant several companies which have sustained charges relating to serious injuries and fatalities that have occurred on the worksite.
