About
Born and raised in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Tosha completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at Memorial University of Newfoundland before earning her law degree from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom. She was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in November 2023. Tosha began her legal career articling on Bay Street in Toronto, where she gained valuable experience handling complex civil litigation. She then returned to Atlantic Canada, continuing her work in plaintiff litigation with a focus on personal injury, sexual assault, and class action law suits. Before joining NOVA Injury Law, Tosha practiced independently and supported internal legal operations for a private company.
