TTrudy represents clients facing charges in all areas of criminal law including assault, robbery, fraud, and drug offences. She has been junior counsel on serious and complex cases including those involving murder, kidnapping, criminal organization, and conspiracy to commit murder. Trudy also regularly represents complainants in sexual assault cases to ensure that victim’s privacy and dignity rights are protected. Trudy has appeared in the Provincial and Supreme courts in British Columbia in judge-alone and jury trials, and practices all over the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Before graduating from Bond University in Australia, Trudy completed her Bachelor of Arts at Simon Fraser University. While attending law school at Bond, Trudy competed in multiple moots, mentored younger students, as well as participated in human rights, domestic violence, and criminal law clinics. Trudy articled to Gloria Ng during her articling year where she also worked under the mentorship of lawyer Troy Anderson and now the Honourable Judge Colleen Elden, giving her exposure to a wide variety of cases and styles of practice.
