Tyler Langdon comes from a long line of lawyers and judges dating back to 1867, and is the 12th lawyer in his family tree. With a career that began in Toronto with one of the largest Bay Street firms in the country, over 8 years with a global multi-billion dollar corporation in an international role, and over 7 years serving as Chief Mergers & Acquisitions Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to a North American organization with over $400M a year in sales in 18 jurisdictions, Mr. Langdon has supported business clients with their operations in over 50 countries and has interacted collaboratively with over 160 law firms from around the world. Mr. Langdon represents business clients of all sizes – from sole proprietorships to multi-billion dollar international companies. In addition to the experience gained during the progression of a well rounded career, our founder’s formal educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (University of New Brunswick), Bachelor of Law (University of New Brunswick), Master's of Business Administration (Rotman School of Management University of Toronto), and a Global Executive MBA (St. Gallen University, Switzerland). Mr. Langdon has completed the Director Education Program (Institute of Corporate Directors and the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto) and earned his ICD.D designation (Institute of Corporate Directors).
