Wael (Will) Abdulgany, born and raised in Edmonton, graduated from Jasper Place High School in 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Alberta in 2020. He completed his law degree at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2023, focusing on criminal law. Called to the Alberta Bar in July 2024, Wael joined Salloum & Company, where his practice is primarily dedicated to criminal law. Wael also practices in traffic law where he handles Immediate Roadside Sanctions (IRS) cases and Appeals, as well as Tobacco charges. With additional experience in family law, civil law, and real estate. Wael strongly advocates forCharterrights, ensuring clients receive fair and timely due process. During his articling period, he successfully arguedCharterapplications, leading to the withdrawal or dismissal of serious charges, including drug and tobacco cases. He has experience with cases involving murder, domestic assault, robbery, and theft and is well-versed in bail hearings at all court levels.
